ONEBGG, try my seafood diet. I have gained about 40 pounds since I went on it in 1985 when I quit smoking. The problem is that when I sea food, I eat it, and it all looks so great.

Churak...I have lost 300 pounds on the Atkins diet!!!!

I was dieing... I weighed 700+ pounds... I now weigh just over 400. I can curl a 70 pound dumbbell30reps-4 sets a day ... I do 50 calve lifts a day, 50 squats a day and 50 pelvic thrusts a day... and plenty more on my exercise days... what I just told you about I do daily.

Discipline:

I lost 300pounds.

I still have my legs that I almost lost to diabetes in spite of my doctor’s wishes.

I am an alcoholic who quit drinking 18 years ago.

I am a drug addict who quit drugs 20 years ago.

I smoked 4 packs of cigarettes a day for many, many years... but I quit 15 years ago.

I can now walk... I couldn't three years ago.

Discipline... How naive on your end to assume because I am fat that I have none... JMO!

You might have meant well… but your remarks are a common mistake of most concerning fat people.

Discipline... try having enough discipline to get through everyday life when most of the world not only does not makes allowances for… but discriminates against you. I don’t care what sex, race, or religious affiliation nor political party nor even education you are… if you are fat you are a fat f--ker with no self-control and you are shunned!

BTW... I probably know more about Atkins and his diet then you... I have lived it for 3 years +. I would call that discipline.

Don't get me wrong... I understand you meant well... and I accept that... It's just that you don't see people telling skinny people they should eat more… and most should!

About two years ago most of my money was stolen… My tools ripped off… My car stolen (insurance company does not pay off on custom street rides) and I lost my house & my best friend or should I say what I thought was best friend stabbed me in the back…all in a 3 month period. Did I whine… did get all pissy… no… I just moved on… adjusted and kept my mouth shut… I think that’s discipline. But then again… that’s JMO!
