I-5 basically is going to make C&S absolutely huge. Salazar screwed shareholders either through incompetence, greed, or both. That's what gets me the worst... the other guys associated with IPRU? Yeah, I wouldn't have expected integrity from them. But many were fooled into believing Salazar was a class act. It's sad.

Here is a question though. VFIN came in here selling boatloads about the time those 100+ mil shares came off restriction, assuming 6 month restriction. IPRU did little to help other than a few bland PRs. Why was VFIN so aggressive in capping the price? How long has this NDA been in the works and CS on the out?

I just wonder if a startup magazine with little following and funding has as much hype potential as whatever is behind the NDA...

The stock has been under significant accumulation for what purpose? It seems to me that the heavy volume the past few months is transferring positions from the CS following to the new entity, NDA, whatever...

As stated, with this SS and a RM, this can blow up very quickly.
