You will have to wait until you receive your conversion materials, which are to be mailed out within 10 days. The CVRs pay out on A) Actual Marbiqo sales hitting a certain sales target and B) approval of the lotion. Both may occur, one or the other may occur, or neither may occur. The cash payout of A and B should be in the materials.
It will be we'll over a year at least for B, as SPPI will have to file an NDA and there is no way of telling when it will to that, but that is a long way away.
