Just to be clear. Are you saying the market can't have a 100 SPX surge in the next 3 weeks? You seem to negate the possibility of a sharp move soon. I have a strong hunch there will be a fast move before the week is out. Not sure which way, but odds favor the upside.
What criteria is needed by you for that scenario to take place?
