it's not that they are greedy or that they want all the cash, its the fact that they have all the cash and its really all theirs. They own 95% of the company, common stock holders are 5%, it's annoying as all hell but why would they care about us. We will benefit from whatever they do but it's like tossing the scraps to your dog. You have to think of it this way, 95% of this company is basically private, there are about 100 shareholders like us, we will benefit from what they do but they really dont care about us and dont care what the price of the stock is. They are going to say Marqibo does 100M in sales, menadione does 100M, we want 600M for the company, just made up those numbers but thats how they will calculate the sale. However that calculates to the price of the stock is what we will get. WP also doesnt need to purchased the remaining stock becuase they already worked out a deal where they get 130M even if they dont buy it.
