FYI its no falt of the company,the SEC dosen't want all the financials at one time.

I have never heard of the SEC refusing
reams of filings at one time or for that matter
each and every day until completed.

It is not the dark ages as all
those documents simply,
sit on a hard drive.

I just verified that "for a fact"
the SEC, in this matter, will not allow
a "Jumbo Combined" filing.

The 10K's will be audited and filed separately.

Yes, I have now seen the facts.

Never the less, that which will help us the most
will be the 2nd and 3rd quarter (2013) filings
which will be a while off yet.
