Look this is going far off topic and I don't want to debate anymore about some guy I don't even know. If someone needs the last word have at it. I was simply trying to illustrate a point that this guy didn't clearly think through a situation that was presented to him, if he did he would have realized it didn't make sense and walked away. Again either way he is screwed no matter what you,I or anyone posts here. What he needs is a good attorney at this point.
