No doubt he tried to launder money for a fee and that is highly illegal. I'm not condoning this guys actions all I am saying is the guy didn't think it through because the deal didn't make sense. If the money came from drug sales or some other non traceable crime I could see this being a possibility but with a paper trail so long it sounded fishy from the get go wouldn't you say? Anyway he is screwed no matter what any of us post here.
