Maybe Paypal's lack of a good Electronic check system is why they are courting Myecheck. I HATE using my credit card. If I've got a lot of money on that card it adds to my interest payment. If I don't pay it off, I pay more in interest and then there goes my discount. I think a lot of people feel this way.
