Hard to say - I just saw a "test" this weekend on people signing petitions - They just nodded and signed away -and it was a ridiculous petition to show that people don't listen or always read and will sign anything -

The petition? To do away withthe Bill of Rights! LOL Honest - Naturally is was bogus, but it proved a point.

So, yes, let's hope those that received it did not mix up the two.

I have only used Pay Pay a few times - I had problems the first time quite a while back - guess they were still tweaking it - But I also noticed the few times I used it, it took a while to clear - Not a long time, but a few days..which surprised me in today's world where a quick swipe of your card and your funds are gone very quickly.
