Like I said speculation is a horrible thing MJNA has millions to work with and with over 40k + investors supporting MNJNA s success I would suggest waiting for Q2 results before drawing m conclusions.
We are closer to being able to receive THC related profits than you think. Full out legalization is not the only way we could receive profits. At some point, most likely soon, the federal government will acknowledge state's rights in regards to marijuana decisions. It will make it federally legal for a company to profit off of THC sales as long as they follow state law. Another bill that will happen before full legalization and that will allow for the collection of THC related revenue is federal legalization of medical marijuana. These changes will happen within the next few years.
I kinda Disagree ...Since California became the first state for Medical use of Marijuana in 1996 and 17 yrs later almost 40%(18) of The states have passed laws with Washington and Colorado going the extra mile for recreation use...and with a Projection of 28 States after the 2014 Elections. Thats over 50% and within 3 yrs (2016) over 2/3 of the states will have Laws for Its Use and maybe a US Amendment to lift its Prohibition for good......GLTRA
