I know lawyers who are working on the bill to go fully legal in Cali and they won't dare put it back on the ballot until there's a Presidential election. They are worried that if its not a presidential election then voter turn out will not be as big as it is on the presidential. So it's took CALI 10 years before dispensary's were contrived and excepted statewide - not federal cause they still were doing raids. And there you have it. It's gonna take a lot longer than we would all hope.
Point being Cali won't be legal till 2016 if it passes

Yes thanks. That is my point exactly, couldn't say it better myself only 17 years later its ONLY 40% of states that are medically legal. And every state that is legal still has factions within itself that are fighting against it and want to ban all dispensaries. And yes now only 2 states have passed full legalization but its not even fully legal yet and no public stores selling anything THC to any one who is not medical.

Alas what will happen.

Now that's a real winner.
