Broward county case look ups cost the public a fee... just like every other county. If you just want to know about 1 case it will cost you $5.00 Many counties around the country charge $15.00 or more per case look up.

And yes, as you pointed out, the more you spend on a subscription the more cases you can look up...

Check Broward Counties website, it cost money for public records. Come on now! Those that want to know about the fantasy depositions have to spend $5, plain and simple. Actually, they can sign up for a subscription service to access the records for a fee. I am surprised those informed of said fantasy deposition, that somehow involves BCAP or Mr. Dwyer, haven't paid the $5 and posted the official court documents (albeit illegally) on this wonderful forum.
