Max, This appears to be held in a range that some "entity(s)" have requested. I agree that this could easily move a bit higher, as it had done before. One possible rationale is to maintain the price at a certain level for a conversion of sorts. Who knows, but that is one plausible explanation.

At least one explanation I'll readily accept.

As much hero potential as there is here---it is also highly speculative...

the stock is illiquid---most are hunkered down here waiting for the end game---not enough new buying interest to move the seller(s)on a daily basis...
