not sure but I'm pretty sure the process is also dragging out because the results from the Menadione trial. If they werent good I think we would have news already but if they are good they are probably going back and forth for a higher price. Lets be honest, it friggin lotion, a monkey can see if it works or not. Either the rash is gone or its not.
