Well stated. Thanks! All we have now is a LOI which can die at anytime, without warning. Maybe something will come out of it. Got to rid STKO of all this current toxic financing first and insure investors that more toxic financing isn't in play. It would also be good if our CEO would assure us that no R/S is heading our way. Yes, as always .... everybody needs to do their own DD.
