What I have been able to pick up so far is this,

The sattelite view on all the online mapping sites show the same plant at the listed company address of 1115 Horton Rd, Murphy, NC. The sattelite images include several vehicles that appear as though they would be used in delivery of some sort of beverage.

There is an old lawsuit against a group in the water distribution industry that originally listed Indian Hills Spring Water and then CEO David Lawrence, then later removed both the company and Mr Lawrence from the suit. The plaintiff actually then went online to re-inforce that both Indian Springs and Mr Lawrence were not involved with his action and in fact that Mr Lawrence was a hard working individual.

There are White PAge listings for David Lawrence in Murphy that show a PO box for the address, that is not uncommon amongst company heads, I myself have PO box for my listing. I have not tried to contact himas I am not sure that it is the same guy ot that he is still the CEO.

I have not been able to find any info on the brand names that the company used on its water bottles. nor have I seen any published information on it. It is a private company and there are no required public filings.

I have yet to see anything that would make me believe that this was not a legit company, and nothing to prove to me that this is a pump. Quirk isnt a p&d exec. He has the track record to prove it. Lets give it a little time to see what happens.

I agree with you that an LOI is not a acquistion by even the farthest stretch. But this present operation is right in Quirks wheel house and i would not be surprised to see a deal in the next 60 days or so.

With the new BOA and Quirk I do not believe that toxic financing is going to to needed. This company does not appear to be large operation, but it does seem legit and the acquistion does make sense in terms of what Stakool wants to market.

As always do you own DD and make your own decisions.
