Didn't see anything impressive in the nasdaq on my charts especially plays like QLGC, CCMP, MERQ, MXIM, XLNX, NVLS or een EBAY which would have been a pleasure had I been around to short the highs after my long trade in the noon hour. I would have been happy to reshort but enough is enough and there is life beyond trading. Out of all MERQ and MXIM before noon, and will be eagerly awaiting earnings news next week to consider if there is any reason to go long or go further short in select semiconductor blimps. Starting from Thursday and even Wednesday's highs, I was already short and bearish on the semiconductors and that was confirmed in strong downside since 2:30 Thursday afternoon capturing Friday's gap down and crap.
