I agree...buyback is way too expensive unless PPS gets into to $.000s. I've been saying this for the better part of 10 months. To fix share structure (when and if it needs fixing), he'll have to RS or merge with another company. Merge is his plan last I knew with Delaware Corp he created. How that will work is unknown and timeframe to get to NYSE is pretty unrealistic. I think he'll merge, but have to uplist to a lower exchange first, maybe even take two steps up before reaching NYSE. His dreams rarely reach reality as his past has often dictated. But the good news is if he moves first to OTCQB or QX, he won't need $4/sh PPS, so could exchange BBDA stock into Delaware Corp at a lower ratio (1:10 or 20, for example).

BW has been talking about share buyback since last year!!! Didn't happen!!!
