BW has been talking about share buyback since last year!!! Didn't happen!!!

I can't speak for previous years, but this last one he promised no timing on a buyback, only that there would be one. He did promise to look at planning one during the holidays (Dec 2012). He did. He reported his evaluation in Feb that no buybacks possible then without giving up growth. He would re-evaluate at the end of 2013.

So no, no buyback, but then he didn't promise it would start on some date or month either. He's only ever said
1) He'd do one, but no timing
2) He'd evaluate it over the holidays (he did)
3) He's not doing one in 2013
4) He'll re-evaluate a buyback at the end of 2013.
