PVC - Are you serious? How is that a lack of understanding? They cannot properly support customers with their current inventory, and you think that if a nation-wide advertising campaign (which will add more customers) rolls out they will magically be able to support them???
Bad service = Loss of memberships. How do you winback customers that have had a bad experience and have canceled.
You think that is a good investment? Do you think they can support the additional customers when/if the advertising goes nation-wide?
If GZFX was in Australia you could try the service yourself. You may not be as confident about it then. JMO
