All I can say is that given the way you feel, you should sell.

Best

short_term: I hope for the boards sake that you sold your shares too and will be leaving soon. This board should be for shareholders. Why stay invested in a company you think sucks?

Bye-bye.

short term,

Complaining about anything GZFX related here will get you nothing but attacks.

You may be better off sending an e-mail to the company, but from personal experience, you may not get an answer.

I happen to agree with what you are saying although I am keeping my fingers crossed that the company is working on getting all of the glitches taken care of.

Good luck.

If acquisitions are positioned properly (getting "good deals" rather than paying top dollar for them) and with a few more distribution staff, these problems could be quickly resolved. Aggressively... in a couple of months.

Investors will be tolerant of some small amount of dilution and/or debt to fix these problems if (and only if) revenues/subscribers can be demonstrated to be rising sharply. The double jeopardy would be that the company was spending large sums of money without the requisite subscriber numbers to back it up. So if Fleming and Co are simply in a "quiet period" before making further acquisitions (or announcing similar business develop strategies that improve customer service), the situation may be on the verge of dramatic improvement. One can only hope so.
