No proof? That is what I thought! Burden of proof is on the one who claims:

GAIN: EDWY shouldn't pay a dime in this case which is a victory for the company and yes for Gary in particular. PLUS adding credibility to the position that EDWY had in regards to its dealing with Paddington IMO

What is the basis for this speculation that EDWY didn't pay something?

Any proof that EDWY didn't pay anything? If so, please provide the proof.
