Well your math doesnt account for the 12mm which were returned and canceled before the last 40mm were issued... but that's just details. Big picture, O/S is low for a stock tradig at .001 with the kind of potential homerun that could be pulled off here by IPRU and C&S... but of course there are no guarantees.
