If EDWY came out with anything concrete that produced something we all would say wow finally something to go on.
But EDWY never ever came out with anything concrete just forward looking statements that never amounted to anything.
Wishing and believing something just doesn't make it true.
Face it EDWY is a legal scam and as long as there are greedy and or naive people around willing to buy shares and giving it support the scam will go on.
What does it really matter? If the product Paddington came up with was so bad the CEO should have never excepted it. But he did and only payed in worthless stock. Does not matter if someone won or lost (the real losers as always are the shareholders) or if it was just dropped because there was/is no money to collect and the line to collect is to long. IMO Paddington's lawyer most likely told them the case was not worth it because EDWY has nothing and will never have anything to collect. At the end of this day as all other days with EDWY/Gary Kimmons there is still NO AUDIT, NO PRODUCT, and NO REVENUE and no real hope of there ever being any!!! Business as usual at EDWY.
