That hasn't been my experience. I've been trading sub pennies stocks for a long time. After massive dilution and a couple of R/S's, no real business or revenues, and huge accumulated debt- there is often no one left singing the praises of the CEO much less the stock itself.

Most sub pennies stocks are used as a vehicle to raise cash and are traded accordingly.
