If you notice on other contracts with Asher they usually show who would be involved at the bottom signature section. this leads me to believe mgelmon is very much involved.

Thanks for the note Kennypooh on the NEW Asher note dated in May. Please take note of two things:

That note wont' come due until January of 2014....and the earliest they can convert is 6 months from the data MINE management received the funds. Don't think MINE investors will need to be concerned about that note until that point or at all IF it is paid off.

Secondly, if you call the Kramers, you will find out the Gelmon has worked with them for quite a while now. Nothing new there. He's signed off on several deals including the much talked about AEGY/ AGAIN, No surprise there.

However, to reiterate, it's always great to hear from an esteemed member of the DD Board in order to make sure we keep balance here.
