Hi, parq. Good to hear from you. Hope you are right. I would like to see the text of the ruling, as I'm sure it will be as entertaining as the last ALJ ruling (the one overturned in appeal).
Parq: If I'm not mistaken, you go back several boards in IDCC history. Can you elaborate any more on the honorable Judge Shaw? For those of us with weakened resolve, any "prior (not art) history" may assist us in getting through another period when it's liable to be pretty dark for awhile. I'm hoping the tech folks on the board can provide some insight once the official documents can be reviewed. Seems like several posters were accurate in their assessment of court errors in the past.
