A 1.3% one-day drop is always unsettling, but GOOG was born a volatile child and hasn't even reached adolescence yet.

Since Jun 2005, GOOG's had much bigger one-day drops with comparable volume on climb to 424.60. The most recent 4.7% one-day drop on 11/29/05 took 13 sessions to recover.

But what do I know... got in @ 250!

Recent big one-day drops with volume 20mil +/- 15%
-4.7% on 11/29/05
-3.7% on 7/22/05
-3.1% on 6/29/05

I have to admit it...I love this stock....I guess I will own this stock one way or another??? The annual meeting is may of 06...don't you want to go and see this company first hand and for real....?I will not miss it for anything...want to get together? I would like to meet all of the players on this board....why not see these Google guys for real? let's do it...jerry
