If they were ever gonna reverse split...they would have done it by now...I think they will add more common shares at a much better price then redistribute the gains and or losses over the entire amount of common shares...but only after the announcement of continued contracts and more business, which should cause further upswing. This company doesn't want to continue to flounder...a reverse split would spell the beginning of the true end to this company. They would be extremely foolish to do so. Besides, an RS only robs Peter to pay Paul...and it still would not add up to a dollar.
An inspirational news update, together with a media splash...and a few more common shares at a much higher price would get the momentum back. Then redistribute...consolidate and make more media waves...complete contracts.
I have no confidence in the reverse split from a company that has had already too many setbacks. They can't afford a reverse split and stay in business.
Lets say they do a RS ... further screwing us out of money, time and shares??? Who then will invest in a company that has only ever ****ed their shareholders? Make Sense?
