RE: Robby: You're talking about a company that actually is a going concern. What we have here is a Penny Stock.

As far as Reverse Splits go, it is at best uncommon for a Reverse Split to be followed by good things.

Let's face it, a Split is what a company does that is growing with a good future outlook. The Reverse Split is basically the opposite of that.

Right now, they are still diluting the stock and I am sure they would like to continue doing that - it simply puts money in their pockets.

Since we are basically at the bottom of the pricing scale, they have to RS to continue their income through dilution.

It is my opinion with all the fictitious addresses, mumbo-jumbo language in PR's, the latest "mis-information" about the new employees, all the MTD associations, and the 100% track record of accomplishing nothing, that TADS is simply not a business for profit.

Even as far back as Gary Fears' IL-78 and all the promises there - they were all rehashes of what was tried in the market 10-20 years ago and failed. But it still sounded good.

Just keep in mind that it is highly unusual for a RS to be followed by goodness - and that is true for non-Penny Stocks. So realize how bad a RS is for Pennys...

Since I obviously have zero faith in TADS, I expect them to RS and continue dilution.

And lets face it, the only justification for buying more TADS is Faith. Unfortunately, Faith is not a legitimate investment criteria.

I know I got pounded to a pulp with this "investment" but it sort of feels good to be out from under the yoke of Owning Shares of TADS.

I do hope you guys still long do OK and that I am wrong. (Hey, I still have 305k shares!)

"I think they will add more common shares at a much better price"... OK, so help me know what you think as to 1) how many more shares they should register, and 2) how will they be getting a better price for them without showing real income or promoting a pump campaign.
