As to why, you misjudged the case, I would point to your selectivety in arguments on this stock - such as your snatching on any good financial tid-bits while ignoring the true trends.
Might that depend upon *how* certiori was denied?
Are you serious? They just said "no, we dont even want to hear it" - so, that's it, case closed.
