My take is Chile will kick Barrick's environmental posterior and levy all the fines they can muster prior to their UHUMMMMM! mutual departure from the Chile side of the equation.

MSX is holding strong, court cases eat up time, but I expect to hear groundbreaking news sooner rather than later..
