Susie924, GameznFlix currently has 4 DCs (not 3)
and they plan to add at least 4 more early next year.

You cannot just compare us to Netflix because we also do games. You have to realize that our main game competitor, gamefly, only has one distribution center in California. We have four. We are also $4 cheaper than gamefly and you also get three instead of two games at a time.
Also, neflix has been known to throttle(not shipping movies out as fast as they could have) the movies you get and has been sued and lost. They had to reimburse customers since they lost the case. Gameznflix on the other hand has a natural and leagal throttling system: less distrabution centers. You can't be a profitable company if you are sending someone 30 titles a month and paying more for shipping then they are paying for the membership. This is the reason Netflix was throttling: they were losing money sending too many titles out to customers.

I'm seeing a similar turnaround issue. I live outside of Houston and I got my items in about 3 or 4 days from placing order, but my return time took over 1 week. With Netflix it's usually a one day turn in each direction, at the most 2. Big reason for that is local DC. GZFX needs to add more DC's to keep up with Netflix's turn time on the movie end. The way the mail has been working they should only need a few more to be able to reach most subs within 2 days. Then it's a no brainer. Games will rule the decision when turn time close.
