Also, susie, more Distrabution centers means more overhead. We can't afford to rent places all over the country and maintain them. We are trying to be a profitable company, not the biggest company. (as stated by the ceo)

Netflix is the only thing I can compare it to and although GZFX is much smaller, that is the company that they will eventually have to compete with if they want to keep afloat.

I have had a Netflix membership for quite awhile now and I haven't had any of the problems that you mentioned.

The only problem I have had is that I received defective DVD's on 2 occasions and as soon as I e-mailed them, they sent a replacement without waiting for the defective one to be returned.

Right now I will keep both memberships going and if there comes a day when Gameznflix gets close to the response time as Netflix, I will cancel my Netflix membership.

You cannot just compare us to Netflix

Nice try-can't compare GZFX to anyone then, right? If they just do games... can't compare. Just videos, can't compare. That's just silly. We have to compare GZFX to NFLX - when the pumpers are pumping it they do, no one tells them not to.

As far as the lawsuit settlement and exactly how worked up NFLX had to be... read on...
Subscribers who were customers before January 15, 2005 will get one month of free upgraded service. That is, if you can have three discs out at a time, you get upgraded to four, for free, for one month. Subscribers who were customers before January 15, 2005, but are no longer customers, will receive a free one-month membership. But wait, there's more! If you accept the upgraded account, you will be put on that upgraded plan at the end of your free month and your bill will increase unless you cancel! It seems to me that the number of subscribers who fail to cancel, forget, or just plain don't understand will likely make Netflix more money as a result of this "settlement." Indeed, it's not a settlement, it's a marketing campaign!

The lead plaintiff got $2000 - his lawyers got about $2,500,000. This lawsuit really had nothing to do with NFLX other than they were the deep pockets some lawyers got into.
