I agree that this time of year mail can be slower but Netflix doesn't seem to have the problem.
What I am saying is 3 distribution centers for the entire country is probably not sufficient and if Circuit City is responsible for even half of the number of new subscriptions that have been reported here, the problem will get worse.
Anyone can get new customers......it's hanging onto them that is the important thing.
Yep. Netflix with ALL those shipping ctrs, but admitted to "throttling" shipments to their long-term customers. I wonder if they feared another lawsuit.
