this share structure can handle some convertible debt.... period......it is a public company that needs to raise funds....that is often the reason for going public as your aware......this share structure does not show the abuse of a CEO selling shares......
everyone knows there is downside in pennyland.......everyone......people trade down here bc the upside is so high down here as well
and the upside on NBRI could not be much higher.......
