And your 150K from a private investor (flawed 8-K there, name undisclosed) for potential Ruby nuggets are just that, potential Ruby nuggets. If no nugs by February NBRI owes him 165K so I consider a loan with benefits should NBRI actually mine the Ruby by some miracle.
