Why should you feel worried about posting here?

And have you contacted CC to find out what's going on? Do you know where you are in the queue?

Hard for me to comment, as I live in Canada so cannot take advantage of the rentals.

I would think mail is slow this time of year. You can't blame them for the time it takes you to ship it back. And yes Netflix has a bazzillion more dc's but that is due to the large sub base pouring in cash to the system.... patients is a virtue. subs ='s cashflow+'s increased service and operations.

Susie, the check-in for returned dvds should improve to no more than 2 days from the time you stick it in the mailbox. This is with the new USPS scan system. They plan, or maybe already are, sending the next one from your queue as soon as the USPS tells them one is on the way back. As for outgoing from them, I don't understand why it would ever be over 3 days in transient. Yours shipped 12/13 should definately have gotten to you Friday or Saturday. Possibly the Holiday storm slowed it. I received one shipped 12/13 on Friday. Have received several in 2 days. If they just get it down to a 6-7 day total turnaround should end up with at least 12-15 a month with a 3-pack which IMO isn't bad for $16.99.

Seem to have one possible problem to worry about, I have received 2 mailers that were torn partially open at the bottom serated edge and one enough that the dvd in the sleeve could have easily slid out.

I would agree with that.... I signed up on Tuesday and ordered several movies and they shipped on Wed and they have not arrived yet. Probably tomorrow they will arrive. I am in Florida and it could be due to the holliday rush at the postal service. :(

If you live in NY and you were getting a game from Gamefly, it would take just as long. Netflix doesn't have games.
