A-Cent is joining a drug consortium

So, does this mean that Quasar is now in the drug business too? It's always been sort of a shady operation. But, drugs??? How low will they go?

Joseph Canouse shall submit for final approval an accounting of any out-of-pocket costs incurred by Joseph Canouse pertaining to travel and corporate expenses which shall be paid upon approval and available funding and/or memorialized as convertible notes dated upon
incurrence of expense.

So he has resigned from NHSH as well. That should clear up some confusion about him and NHSH. Looks like the future could be nice and bright for Q and N.
