Joseph Canouse has submitted his resignation as an officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and its affiliates, including Atlantic Aviation, Inc., A-Cent Aviation, Inc., NHS Health Solutions, Inc. and Corporate Air Repair, LLC effective March 1, 2013. Joseph Canouse shall submit for final approval an accounting of any out-of-pocket costs incurred by Joseph Canouse pertaining to travel and corporate expenses which shall be paid upon approval and available funding and/or memorialized as convertible notes dated upon
incurrence of expense.

So he has resigned from NHSH as well. That should clear up some confusion about him and NHSH. Looks like the future could be nice and bright for Q and N.
