Zan, sorry that took so long. just perusing now and saw your msg. I don't know if they are all alike but one that was in my accnt they said I had to pay $250 to get them so I could sell them. It has been WAY over a year so the restricted period was up. it wasn't worth it so I didn't pay so not real sure what the whole process was. have another one too but didn't even inquire.... not worth it to me .. I just wonder if they are ALL like that..
