New subs are nice, but IMO they should really work on getting more distribution centers. New customers may not be happy with the service.

The turn around time (for me) has not been great and with Netflix it's outstanding.

The first DVD I sent back on Monday, 12/5 and they said they received it on Monday, 12/12. The next one I sent back on Saturday, 12/10 and they said they received it on Friday, 12/16.

They apparently sent out a game to me on Tuesday, 12/13 but I haven't received it yet.

I'm not a huge movie fan so it's not a big deal, but for someone like my husband who goes through about 4 to 6 a week from Netflix, this wouldn't work at all.
