OEX and COMPX (charts) IS the downtrend that began 3/21 through 3/31 finally over? Is this continuation of the first rally? According to the charts its on the right track but almost anything can derail the course of this fledgling trend.
COMPX rally was right at the 50% retracement, but this is just day #2.
OEX also rallied at the 50% retracement from that short-lived prior rally. The 1,000 points rally of DJI retraced quite a bit before finally reversing on 4/1.
CERN warned..reminds me of the movie "Ghost Ship" It was literally severed at the waist, wish I had puts, but that's the point of earnings season! Many surprises and some not such surprises.
