Yes he is "the man" and a couple of weeks ago when I last talked to him he seemed very confident that the project was moving forward in a big way. I am pretty confident that it'll happen in due time. It doesn't matter if they get the green light right now anyway. There is just way too much water up there to start anything.

There was no land closing on May 15 (as asserted it would on a radio show). So, I guess that person wouldn't know. Yeah - City Hall is responsible for Lisenby not receiving funding - Uh, no. City Hall, the lawyers, the weather, and soon the tooth fairy - the excuses keep rolling in for Lisenby not accomplishing anything but, of course they are easily dismissed as just excuses.
