John Bordynuik:

-Lied to shareholders, saying that everything worked from day-1, when nothing worked. Still nothing works, approaching day-2000.

- blew $55,000,000.00 of shareholders' money, stock down 93% over last 4 years, insolvent by end of this summer.

- CEO SHIT-CANNED and fined for SECURITIES AND ACCOUNTING FRAUD.
