Asking for a CEO to be responsive and give updates does not necessarily mean that one does not support him. He has to change how he distributes information if he wants this stock/company to succeed with current and potential shareholders.
Most would be satisfied with any update even if it is to communicate that things are being delayed. Silence after PR's with huge expectations is what makes people start with the accusations of this being a scam. IMO
Before bankruptcy, after bankruptcy - It doesn't matter. The guy is clueless about how to accomplish anything substantive for shareholders. He still, however, like to spew in PRs about the wonderful things that will happen with the company (sometimes including deadlines that are always missed). Shareholders deserve better than this CEO's (I use that term loosely) garbage performance during the past 3+ years.
