that it would have its two most recent fiscal years audited and file a Form 10 registration statement with the SEC?
Where's that forum memo... here it is: It wouldn't make any sense to file audited financials. Reid is just waiting to make his move, and do everything at once to punish the evil shorts, and reward his loyal longs! Bad evil Shorts...BAD! Oh wait, the most recent memo with the R/M says KMAG doesn't need no stinkin audited financials, or form 10! Take that SEC! Instead Reid will run to FINRA or someone for approval. I was told by one of the "in the know" posters yesterday, one day the stock would trade as KMAG, and the next as the new company. "It's as simple as that!"
Translation: The pumpers want to try for another pump run. Only problem all the available sheep are tapped out from the previous run. The cut&paste rumors of "sumpthin gonna happen sooooon" have lost their effect. So now the shift to the R/M rumor, with the idea it's going to occur unexpectedly. Sheep get excited, but again just don't have any cash to keep diving in deeper. Result is the PPS having dropped from the pump peak of 01 back down to 004. There is one potential try at a pump which might succeed. They would have to... aah shucks they read my posts on this forum, so I better not help em! LOL
Cassandra Hello Listen a while back you posted the exact rule number (SEC) where it says you must put up at least $2.50 per share to short anything. I think it was rule in the 220 series can you PLEASE post that rule Thank You
