I just now got back home from my road trip where my wife and I stopped in the office which is on the third floor of a very new and modern office complex.Most of the business there are related to the maritime,yaughting,or marine business.He(Peter) was sitting in his office in the back and I stuck my head in and introduced myself as the investor who had spoken with him earlier this morning and had asked to see the office.There was two attorneys that are working for him who were in the front office talking on the phone and to each other.This is a very impressive office suite and you fellow investors should really try to get in to see it for yourselves if at all possible.Peter is a very amiable,good guy and is very happy to have investors come to visit.I was invited to look at some of the contracts which I glanced at briefly but didn't really take the time to study it and another document he showed me was a new line of credit for one of the deals.This is stuff that is really not my area so it would be better for someone else to go and see what I saw and be better suited to report about it.All I can say is I was extremely impressed with what I saw and others are just going to have to see it to believe it for themselves.
