Yeah they are. Had my friend travel from Atlanta to check out the contracts. He's an industrial engineer and deals with lots of contracts.

He too said yet were all legit and good.

I have also verified with captiva communications that they were doing a few things for PV Enterprise. The contracts are the real deal and so are the clients. With current tier change and future announcements coming. It's just a matter of time.

Everyone should also read this post by HOGGYDOG. Line of credit contract = financing. Recall back in feb... After tons of DD, peter stated he was working on Three bank loans he was applying for his cruise lines in medi and carribeans. Looks like ones done.
